VCC ROOMIE FORM, SHUCKED TICKETS

Hi there Toronto tour participants!

Thanks to everyone who has filled out my form! 15/17 have responded.

If you didn't fill it out yet, please do so!

This week, I am going through the forms to pair you with your VCC Roomie. Like always, I will do my very best to pair each of you with someone you have requested. Sometimes everyone requests the same person (*sigh*), and it gets tricky, but we will be together as a large group all day long, so you will get to see all your friends regardless.

Once this is done, the Toronto Choir Manager (Megan) and I will be starting the homestay pairing process—pairing VCC members with their Toronto roomie/their homestay family, based on personality compatibility, gender, and environmental/food allergies.

VCC/BCC families will be put in touch before the exchange, so that choristers can start to get to know each other, and families can meet each other virtually and ask questions about the homestay. I am excited for the new friendships between students and families that will come out of this exchange!

Toronto Participants Email List:

I had some technical difficulties with my list on Google Contacts not updating/not saving last week. Annoying! Everyone who missed last week's itinerary has been re-added to the list. Sorry about that. The itinerary is attached below.

Shucked! The Musical Tickets Bought--Thursday, March 5:

Tickets have been secured for everyone for Shucked! The Musical. Hooray!

Our friends at Toronto Bach Children's Chorus have also been invited, and several of them are coming with their families.

After the discount, the final price including tax was $100 per ticket (originally $119+tax+fees).

I will be running a charge list to our registrar for this amount to be withdrawn from accounts on file.

If your homestay family comes to the show, choristers can head straight home with them. Otherwise, you'll hop back on transit with Kim, David, and myself to the designated pickup point in Scarborough, where you will be picked up and taken home to bed!

Tour To Dos:

-Fill out VCC Roomie Request Form with your chorister

-Let me know if you can host one more chorister in May (missing just 1 bed! yay!)

-Fill out your CRC link if I sent you one in the last week or so...you know who you are...

Thanks all!
