Warmups begin after break at 1:45PM.

Dress Rehearsal/Performance Call Sheet

“A Season of Light” Show 1

Saturday, Dec 7, 2024

CALL TIME: 10:15AM

Concert Choir

Venue: Alix Goolden Hall, back entrance on 900 Johnson St.

GREEN ROOM: Room 302 upstairs

Please arrive wearing your concert attire, including:

• Black VCC jacket (wear-in and wear-out only)

• Teal dress shirt

• Black trousers 

• Black socks

• Black dress shoes

Please bring:

• Your music

• Activity for Green Room downtime (book, homework, cards, etc.)

• Water bottle and snacks

• Spare set of clothes to change into at lunch break

• A sack lunch if staying for break

Times	Plan	Called
10:15AM-12:15PM	Dress Rehearsal Begins.	There will be a short break in the middle for YE’s rehearsal.
12:15PM-1:45PM	Break for Concert Choir	Singers may stay and watch the PC and RC rehearsals, OR leave for lunch If you leave grab your VCC jacket and check out with Lindsey and be back for 1:45PM If staying, please bring a bagged lunch.
1:45PM-2:00PM	Warmups in the Green Room	Uniform checks with Lindsey
2:00PM-3:30PM	“A Season of Light” Concert	Concert Order: YE, RC, PC, YE, CC (us), then all. Please no piano playing during the concert.
Approx. 3:30PM	Concert over, pickup outside	We did it! First show, done! See you tomorrow!
