RAFFLE COMING UP; HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS

Hi there lovely CC families, 

Thanks for coming on this lovely sunny day! A short email with a couple of quick admin notes from me:

VCC Raffle Coming Up!

We are almost at raffle season! This year, the VCC raffle will run from early Feb to early March. Choristers will be issued raffle books soon. Remember that your first book of raffle tickets (20 tickets, $5 each, for a total of $100) goes to the VCC's organizational fundraiser, and any subsequent books can go towards your travel account (great for your 2 tour deposits!). There will be an organizational email with all the details, but I just wanted to give you an early heads up. 

Music:

As we get deeper into the term, please endeavor to bring your own copy of the music to each rehearsal. We will continue to give out music throughout this term, so it's always most helpful if you are able to bring your zippered music binder to add your new music to. If you need to use a spare, please drop it off at my desk at the end of the rehearsal, so the next student can use it. 

Tip: Keep your music in the same tote bag, and hang it in the same spot in your house so you always know where it is ;)

Email and Distro:

In other admin news; singers, if you have your own email but your inbox is full, my emails will not come in! Inbox maintenance is an unfortunate necessity of being responsible, so please make sure you've got server space (or make a new one and tell me the address so I can add you to our distribution lists).

Singing Space:

Going forward, I will continue to be putting performance, listening, and tour information on Singing Space. Please bookmark this page, and use it for your listening, and to find information without having to dig through your inbox!
