New Rehearsal Location for Nov 26 Messiah Rehearsal 

7-9:30PM:

The rehearsal location for the Wednesday, Nov 26 Messiah Rehearsal with the Victoria Symphony is now Christ Church Cathedral (930 Burdett Ave). 

Drop off on Burdett Ave entrance.

Please see the attached Key Dates-Nov 18 Edition to see this change updated. 

As a reminder, all mandatory dates are listed on the Key Dates, and the most recent updates are highlighted. The "Upcoming" section also pulls from the Key Dates.

Dec 5 Dress Rehearsal Times: Added to Key Dates: 

The dress rehearsal for Joy in Every Note will be on Friday, December 5th, as noted. Now we have exact times! Having the dress rehearsal on Friday night means we can all sleep in on Saturday morning before the concert. 

Dec 5th: Dress Rehearsal at Alix Goolden Hall (900 Johnson St.)

PC/RC/CC/YE  5:30 - 6:00pm for large group finale number

CC                 6:00 - 7:00pm

YE                 7:00 - 8:00pm

Parent Meeting: Nov 28, 5:45pm-6:15pm: 

Thanks to everyone who has registered so far in time for Experiences Canada's deadline. 

CRCs are less time-sensitive, but good to get those underway as well. 

A couple of folks will be out of town; I will send out a Zoom link for the Parent Meeting closer to the date.

I am looking for one Green Room chaperone for December 6 and one for December 7. Let me know if you're interested in being a part of the backstage energy!

Saturday, December 6: Est. call time 12:45PM (TBC)-4:00PM

Sunday, December 7: Est. time: 1:00PM (TBC)-4:00PM

• Uniforms checks with me backstage (plain black belts only, black dress trousers, neat cuffs, etc.)

• Being the main adult in the CC green room (David and I will be running about!)

• Keeping the green room a calm space for everyone (no piano playing during the show, no screaming, keeping hooligan activities to a minimum etc.) ;)
