Hi lovely CC,
Thanks for an awesome two concerts this weekend. You sounded beautiful at our first concert of the season! More to come and they only get better. Congratulations on your hard work and musicianship in sharing these songs with our audience. I hoped you liked getting to sit in and see the rest of the VCC as well.
A huge thank you to our chaperones Olivette and Catherine for helping me with all the backstage madness!

Now that we are sold out, if you have extra tickets that you are looking to sell, email me and I will put them "up for sale" with the other CC families (the earlier, the better for chances of resale).
Next Rehearsal: Wednesday, Dec 10th, at Christ Church Cathedral:
Unless you are in Tosca with Kim, the next time we will see you is at 6:50PM on Wednesday, December 10th at Christ Church Cathedral for the Messiah final rehearsal.
Please note this is a street-clothes final rehearsal, no need to wear your uniform (this follows the Symphony's rehearsal protocol).
Please bring your water bottle, snack, Messiah score, and pencil.
If you forgot to return Term 1/Holiday music today, bring it in to this rehearsal.
Pickup is 9:30 PM at the Burdett Avenue entrance.
For Messiah performances on Dec 11, 12, and 14, please expect a call time approximately 1 hour before showtime, TBC:
Dec 11-6:30PM TBC
Dec 12-6:30PM TBC
Dec 14-1:30PM TBC
These may shift based on how the final rehearsal goes-if David believes we don't need any further practice, they will shift later, if we need more time to run through a couple of movements, they may shift slightly early. I am waiting on confirmation of our green room, so please check the call sheet when it comes out early this week for final time confirmations.

Dec. 10 (call time 6:50pm) Messiah Rehearsal w/ Victoria Symphony - Christ Church Cathedral
Dec. 11, 12 (7:30pm, call time 6:30PM tbc) & 14 (2:30pm, call 1:30PM tbc) Performances with the Victoria Symphony – The Messiah
Dec 15 – Jan. 8 Winter Break
*Tosca-only rehearsal Dec 22: 5:00-6:00pm at POV
Messiah Chaperones:
I am looking for two more folks to chaperone backstage at the Messiah on Thursday, December 11th and Friday, Dec 12th.
Since CC is singing in both acts, you can sneak in and watch the show once we get CC to their places! Didn't get your ticket before they sold out? Well come chaperone with me and see the show!
Thursday, Dec 11: Starting at 6:30PM-10PM
Friday, Dec 12: 6:30PM-10PM
Chaperones will help out with:
Green Room supervision before the show
Getting folks lined up with me and into places
Break- Chaperones Watching the show-Act 1 :)
Leaving at the end of Act 1, and returning to the Green Room with singers to supervise intermission/singer's break
Break-Chaperones Watching the show-Act 2 :)
Helping folks get out of the Green Room/not forget anything
