Sept Camp: Waivers, Packing List, Etc!

Hello all!

We are getting very excited for Camp Pringle Sept 2024

Please arrive having already eaten lunch!

The Game Plan:

• 1:40PM: Victoria-area choristers arrive to catch bus from St. George's Church

• 2:30PM: Bus stops at the Subway at McCallum Road (1016 McCallum Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 4C6)

• Off to camp for rehearsal intensive, games, food, talent show, bonfire, and fun!

• 2:30PM Sunday, September 22: Parent Showcase at Camp Pringle 2520 W Shawnigan Lake Rd, Shawnigan Lake, BC V0R 2W3

• 3PM, Sunday: Camp concludes, families take kids home (no bus)

You must have turned in a signed camp waiver and a completed medical form to attend this camp weekend! Please turn in your welcome package forms (medical, fundraising, attendance, and media) as soon as you are able.

On Tues, Sept 17th we will do roommate request forms in rehearsal.
